Implementation phases of EALINGWork Gijonport

The development of EALINGWork Gijonport is organized into several work packages covering project management, the technical definition of the action, the tendering and execution of the works, the commissioning of the infrastructure, and communication and dissemination activities. This organization allows for an orderly implementation of the action and ensures compliance with the milestones and obligations associated with the European funding received.

Key stages for the success of the EALINGWork Gijonport project

Project Management and Coordination

Ensures the proper implementation of the action throughout the entire period, including technical, administrative and financial coordination, quality control, risk management, and the monitoring of deadlines, budget and objectives committed to the EU.

Construction Design

Covers the drafting of the complete construction design, incorporating the technical specifications of the OPS system, safety requirements and environmental considerations in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Execution of the Works at La Osa Quay

Includes the execution of the OPS infrastructure at La Osa Quay, covering the civil, electrical and connection works required for its implementation, as well as the health and safety and waste management measures during the works.

Start-up and Commissioning
